RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Enabling Cookies

  • Items should be returned unused, unwashed, unopened, undamaged and with all tags remain attached in its original condition. Returns of any kind of materials ordered and received by the customers that are damaged or soiled by the customers fault will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department immediately in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
  • Unidentified returns shall have to be returned to the sender.
  • Clothing items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strips. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, size etc. of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • All custom made designer product orders are non-returnable. All products under the section designers are non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Items may be cancelled completely if requested on our customer care within 2 hours of purchase. After which it is subject to Fashionfarm.in andit’s on our discretion to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
  • In case of wrong transaction or error in transaction while processing credit card online. The order will automatically be cancelled by us and the amount if charged any on credit card will be refunded back in voucher. Customers need to place a new order in such cases.
  • In case of returns we will provide a voucher worth the Invoice value which can be used to buy other product. Unless the product is damaged from our side we do not refund cash back. You will get a store credit or voucher worth the invoice value after deducting any non-refundable charges.
  • There is no cash return unless the product is damaged due to the company's packaging or shipping. We always provide you a store credit subtracting the restocking fee.
  • For International shipment we do not pick up in case of returns. Customer has to return it at his/her own expense. Once we receive the product we will send the store credit voucher to make another purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any customized product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All such orders and won't be exchanged unless the product is damaged.
  • All stitched goods (any fabric on website) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchange will be done only once. Exchanged product cannot be exchanged multiple times.
  • We like to help our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.
  • If you wish to cancel the order you've placed for whatever reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. In such a case you will be refunded the entire amount actually paid.
  • There is no extra warranty associated with the products. If there is any it will be mentioned on the product page.
  • If unfortunately you fail to do so within 24 hours and the product has already been shipped, then we accept cancellations only in case of defectives.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Enabling Cookies

  • Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of receipt of your returned product.
  • If the item is out of stock when you try to order then the website will let you know. In some cases if there is any error, during fulfillment of order placement you will be informed.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Submit Your Return Request within 7 days of delivery. Please explain the reason for which, you want to return the product, along with photos, as necessary.
  • Once we are satisfied with the reasons for return, we will confirm your cancellation request and also inform you about the process of return.
  • As soon as you receive the confirmation, you need to pack the product in the same condition like it was received and confirm to us in our support mail fashionfarm.stallion@gmail.com. We will schedule a pick up for you and our logistics person will receive the product from you
  • We would inspect the product upon receipt, and communicate to you our decision to process full/ partial refund as per the specific condition of return. We will issue 100% refund in case of damaged, defective items, or items sent by error In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to the Warranty page for its respective Warranty terms & conditions. Usually the manufacturer will have to be contacted or you can also get in touch with us directly through our e-mail.

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product is not as per your liking or satisfaction or expectation or personal taste - Since satisfaction with product performance or functionality is subjective, and all our products come in sealed, new & packaged condition; we will be unable to accept returns for this reason
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging
  • Please maintain your bill, warranty (for date validity) and packaging to fulfill criteria for a hassle free return.
